At a news conference on Parliament Hill, members of the House of Commons Subcommittee on International Human Rights discuss the findings of their study concerning the situation of Uyghurs and other Turkic Muslims in the Xinjiang region of China. At the conclusion of their study, the committee members unanimously agreed that actions of the Chinese Communist Party in Xinjiang constitute genocide.
